Private multi family home in Prospector Square one block from the high school. Just a little over a mile from Park City Mountain Resort! Perfect home for large groups and multiple family vacations! This is a really spacious home with two full size newly remodeled kitchens, 3 beautiful bathrooms, 1 with a custom steam shower, 5 bedrooms, with 10 beds total. Free parking and smart lock entry.
This is the best locatation for Sundance film festival, it is walking distance to Prospector Theater, and in the loop of festival bus route.

Location is outstanding for us. The proximity to access what the mountains have to offer is ideal. Close to Main Street and close to freeway access. Brian is great to work with. The house is being renovated very nicely.

Property is in a convenient location, proximate to Park City mountain and Deer Valley, local restaurants, groceries, etc. Pictures and online listing accurately depict the property.
There was an issue with the property upon arrival, perhaps out of the owner's control. Brian was great to work with in resolving the issue despite between out of the country and multiple time zones away. He had a maintenance crew at the property within 15 minutes. Through the entire experience he was fair, reasonable, and easy to deal with. I would have no reservations about working with Brian again.

Great property--highly recommend for anyone with a big group. If Im back in Park City, I'd stay at Brian's place again.
We had 12 people and plenty of room for everyone to sleep in a bed and the two living areas allows for a large group to have a little "breathing room". Bus stop directly in front of the house making it very easy for early morning skiing, or going out for food. We very rarely used a car.
