Single-family house "Majoli". In the hamlet Rapanji 2.5 km from the centre of Svetvinčenat, 20 km from the centre of Rovinj, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 2'300 m2 with trees, swimming pool (above ground) angular (6 x 2 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
