Inside, the living room feels warm and inviting with wood-beamed ceilings, a stacked stone gas fireplace, abundant natural light, and a plush sectional facing a 70-inch Smart TV. The dining area, centered by an antler chandelier, is framed by sliding glass doors that showcase lush greenery and red rock views—an inspiring backdrop for any meal. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the space with granite countertops, modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for a long-term stay.



Relaxed Outdoor Living



Step outside to a covered patio where red rock vistas frame every moment. Dine al fresco at the table for six, fire up the grill, or relax by the gas firepit. A hammock offers lazy afternoon lounging, while the private hot tub invites starlit soaks. When it’s time to unwind, retreat to the peaceful primary suite with a king bed, jetted tub, and views of the red rocks from bed. A queen room also boasts stunning views, while the third bedroom offers two twins. A full laundry room, air conditioning, and 2-car garage with EV charger offer added guest convenience.

Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
