Welcome to this superb villa of 370 m2 perched on the heights of Palau-Saverdera offering an exceptional view of the Costa Brava, the Bay of Roses and on the edge of the Cap Creus National Park. Palau-Saverdera is located 5 minutes from the large beach of Roses.
The air-conditioned villa is composed of two independent levels with a beautiful 250° view: sea and mountain (Pyrenees). Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this villa can accommodate up to 10 people with quality furniture.
