About this villa rental

CASAZAZITA in Mas Fumats. On the road to Cadaqués, near the French border. New villa with Majorcan-style decor, just minutes from the beaches of the Bay of Roses. The house comfortably accommodates 10 adults and 2 children: 6 bedrooms, private pool, summer dining area, multiple terraces, and incredible sea views from every room. Professional fiber optic internet.

The house spans 260m². Numerous terraces and a summer dining area are available.

There are 4 bedrooms with sea-view terraces on the first floor, along with 2 bathrooms. A small, independent studio apartment on the ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living room and kitchen, and a patio garden.

Private parking and a small garden are also included. A €1500 security deposit and an additional €25/day for air conditioning are required.
