Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find an excellent selection of local shops, charming cafes, and supermarkets. The best part of this location is that it allows you to enjoy the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere: you'll be close enough to the historic center and the famous beaches to walk, yet far enough away to guarantee a restful sleep and a peaceful stay.
Getting Around:
The location is a pedestrian paradise. You don't always need a car to enjoy the city:
- On foot: The beaches and the seafront promenade are a pleasant walk away.
- Train (Renfe): The train station is very close, connecting you to the center of Barcelona in just 40 minutes and to El Prat Airport easily.
- Bus: There are nearby bus stops with local lines and a service connecting to Barcelona and other coastal towns.
- Car: If you're coming by car, the area offers easier access and parking than the historic center (which is mostly pedestrianized).
Other Things to Note:
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and levied by the Government of Catalonia at €1.10 per night. It will be collected upon check-in from each guest aged 17 and over for a maximum of 7 nights. From April 1, 2026, the tax will increase to €1.93.
CHECK-IN: Important 👉 Check-in is only possible from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
LATE CHECK-IN: Between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €40
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11:00 AM) Subject to availability. If you wish to check out late, please inform us and we will confirm if it is possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome 🐾. Please inform us in advance and note that the following charges will apply upon check-in:
A €150 security deposit, fully refundable provided there is no damage to the apartment.
A €50 pet fee for additional cleaning.
