Possibility of accommodating 28/30 people with the other 350m2 house that we have next door.
HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend sending a request for information to our agency since we have several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa that best suits your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".
We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to reserve a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.

Cleaning costs (includes bed linen, bath towels and pool towels):
Up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 350 €.
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 350 €.
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 350 €.
Supplement of 30 €/person/day starting from 10 people.
Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days.
Low season (October to April):
Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas): 250 €, adjusted to actual consumption.
Monthly stays: Monthly provision: 800 €, adjusted to actual consumption.
🕗 Late check-in:
20:00–24:00: supplement 45 €.
After 24:00: supplement 70 €.
Pets:
Supplement 100 € per week.
Security deposit:
Weekly stays: 1.000 €, refundable within 10 days.
Monthly stays: 1.500 €, refundable within 15 days.

Fantastic villa in the mountains about 15 minutes outside Sitges.
Great for a family; good pool and facilities. A car is essential though as the beach and supermarkets are accessible only by car.

We enjoyed our holiday at villa ilusion it had everything we needed but as a property it’s a bit tired, fridge leaked and wasn’t cold enough, pool was leaking and was producing green algae round the edge, also quite a few of the mosaic tiles had come off. The owner did come the next day to clean the pool and fill it back up but for the price we paid this problem should have already been resolved.
We were annoyed with delays over the return of our deposit I emailed weekly Villas whom we booked the villa through at least five times to find out what was happening and nobody knew I ended up ringing them it then took another 2 weeks to get the refund and a charge of 67€ which they said was for expenses as far as I was concerned it was a deposit and that’s what you should get back
