"The TOP OF THE ROCK 1 villa, whose construction was completed in 2023, is located in a quiet residence secured by an electric gate on the Tourist Road in Saint François.
This new villa has everything to seduce thanks to its style, location and 180° view of the sea and Marie-Galante.
The TOP OF THE ROCK 1 villa is designed on two floors.
Upper Floor: PGJyPg
As you enter, you will be amazed by the large games and gym room with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. This air-conditioned room has a relaxation area with a TV and billiards table to the right, and a sports area with a bathroom to the left. The room is equipped with high-end NOHRD appliances.
At each end of this expansive room, you will find two air-conditioned suites, each with their own shower room and toilet. These rooms have views of the suspended terrace, facing the sea, an ideal place to read, chat or sunbathe.PGJyPg
Lower floor:
A beautiful wooden staircase will take you to the lower level. Before entering the living room, you will be intrigued by the cellar offering a wide choice of wines and rums, with a detailed price sheet and flavors.
The living room has a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room, as well as a guest toilet, all with a view of the pool, the vegetation of the coastline and the sea.
On each side of this room, you will find two air-conditioned suites with 200x200 beds, offering direct access to the pool terrace with the sea as far as the eye can see. These bedrooms each have a bathroom and a toilet.
Of course, the 4 bedrooms are equipped with storage or cupboards for your personal belongings.
We are equipped with an extra bed, which allows us to accommodate a ninth person, a child ideally.
Outside:
The swimming pool, with a depth of 1m30, is in the center of the terrace.
On the left, you can enjoy a carbet with a lounge area and to the right a carbet with a dining area.
These two covered areas are equipped with shade houses, to protect you from the rain and the sun.
Parking and Access:
You can park in a secure courtyard, which can easily accommodate four cars. An electric charging station is available at no extra cost.
Access and Surroundings:
A three-minute walk away, a gate reserved exclusively for the residence will give you access to a path along the coast and a small beach.
In less than ten minutes by car, you can reach the Marina and the village of Saint François, where you can fully enjoy the dynamism of this town (restaurants, shops, golf, casino and aerodrome)."
