After climbing a few steps, your cottage offers you a living room (with crockery available in the wall cabinet) with open fireplace, a fitted and equipped kitchen (this one allowing you to make small dishes like at home in particular with a gas stove, molds and various accessories, refrigerator and freezer) with outdoor access to the terrace and its barbecue to share convivial moments with family or friends, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine;
Upstairs, you access the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are semi-detached but separated by a sliding door, with a small shower room for one with toilet and washbasin.
You can heat yourself if necessary by a pleasant fireplace and/or with the efficient radiators.
It is possible to park in front of the cottage or nearby.

Your cottage is located 10 kms (8 minutes by car) from VILLAINES LA JUHEL where you can find all shops ( Super u, bakeries, butcher, restaurants, pharmacy, swimming pool, hairdresser...), 17 kms from MAYENNE (20 minutes by car) where you will enjoy, if you feel like it, beautiful walks along the Mayenne with its towpath, 30 kms from BAGNOLES DE L'ORNE (30 minutes by car), town renowned for its spa treatments, casino, its gastronomy with its many restaurants and walk around the lake...
