CONVENIENCE

For longer stays (8+ days), we will be offering a light service and linen/towel change on a complementary basis: twice weekly during season (Dec-Feb), otherwise weekly. We will schedule this with you for a time that is convenient.



In case of loadshedding, emergency lighting is available in all rooms with an EcoFlow back-up system powering Wi-Fi and TV in the living area. Superfast internet is always available.



This apartment has a dedicated lock-up garage.



SUSTAINABILITY

Our apartments are furnished with local and sustainable artisanal products as far as possible . We take pride in equipping our staff to take part in the Cape's vibrant tourism sector. Energy and water efficiency measures have been taken to manage environmental footprint, with recycling facilities available on site to assist you.



Guest Access:

To reach the apartment, you will need to walk down 1 flight of stairs from the internal road where you park your car. There are no stairs inside the apartment.



Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.



Access to the apartment is controlled by a smart lock to which a unique code will be provided. The complex has good perimeter security and a guard on patrol.



There is one parking bay available for the apartment, safe behind an electric gate.

BOOKING POLICY

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.



Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.



We cannot accommodate children under 6 at this property since balconies are a risk to young children.

RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.



ANIMALS

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
