Villa Pequeña is a private villa in Casa de Campo designed for comfortable group stays, with a well-planned layout and full service.
The property is divided into two separate buildings: a dedicated bedroom block and a main house with shared living areas. This layout allows guests to stay together while maintaining privacy.
At the center of the home is a large onyx bar, one of the key architectural features of the villa, surrounded by the main social and relaxation areas.
Outdoor areas include a large private pool with a built-in swim-up bar, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a landscaped garden with palm trees. There is also an outdoor BBQ area with an oven, suitable for preparing pizza, steaks, and other meals. The space is private and thoughtfully arranged.
The villa offers 6 bedrooms across two levels:
— 3 bedrooms on the first level, each with its own mini garden
— 3 bedrooms on the second level, each with a terrace
All bedrooms include:
king-size beds, air conditioning, walk-in closets, outdoor showers, blackout curtains, and essential amenities.
The main house includes:
a dining area for up to 20 guests, a guest mini kitchen, a professional kitchen for the chef, a TV area, game areas (billiards, ping-pong, darts), a gym with workspace, a quiet room, and a library.
Included in the stay: daily housekeeping, house staff, gardener, and private chef (ingredients not included), as well as two golf carts for transportation within Casa de Campo.
Minitas Beach is approximately 9 minutes away by golf cart.
