About this cottage rental

Get the whole gang together at this bright and cheerful cottage sitting just 1 mile from the quaint village of Covehithe. Sleeping six people across three bedrooms, this is a perfect accommodation option for families or groups of friends. During the day, take a stroll along the iconic pier in the seaside town of Southwold, and in the evening, come home to enjoy a relaxing dip in the cottage’s wood-fired hot tub.


Park in the private parking area (there’s room for four cars) and head towards this wonderful, south-facing home. Step inside and you’ll discover an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area that’s bathed in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Slip onto a sofa and take a moment to admire the country-style decor, which features a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and a crackling wood burner. When it’s time to eat, head to the chic kitchen area to whip up some dinner and share it with your loved ones at the stylish dining table. Alternatively, head out into the outdoor kitchen, fire up a charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco on one of two pretty patios. Afterwards, take a stroll through the garden’s wildflower meadow or curl up to watch a movie by the glowing wood burner in the living area. At the end of the day, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms waiting for you – a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, and two king-size bedrooms that convert to twin rooms on request. Completing the interior is a well-equipped family bathroom and a separate shower room.


Take a relaxing stroll through the pretty Georgian village of Walberswick (9 miles) – a magnet for nature lovers thanks to the Walberswick Nature Reserve. Alternatively, head to the vibrant market town of Halesworth (10 miles) to explore Halesworth Millennium Green.
