5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. Dogs are allowed upon approval. Maximum of two small dogs, 35 lbs or less. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $85 applies. If notice is not provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in, the fee increases to $105. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
9. Septic System: This home uses a septic system, so only toilet paper may be flushed.

Nice place in a good location. One problem was the property management company asking if I would like to pay extra to check in early. When I declined, I was told I would have to check in an hour late because they were still cleaning the place up. No offer to refund an hour even though they offered to charge me an hour to check in early. When it was time to leave I received a message asking if I would be able to check out early so they could get started cleaning for the next group. Again, no compensation to check in late or check out early, only a fee to do the opposite.

Modern comfort, location SO convenient! Plenty of space. Loved the enclosed small backyard for our dog. Enjoyed the hot tub too!
