Just a mile from the postcard-perfect town of Kirkby Lonsdale, the cabin sits within a protected National Landscape and is surrounded by a host of nearby sights and experiences. Within a short drive, you can visit the iconic Devil’s Bridge—a stunning 14th-century structure spanning the River Lune—or admire the sweeping countryside at Ruskin’s View, once praised by artist J.M.W. Turner. Outdoor lovers will be spoiled for choice with scenic river walks and countryside trails right on the doorstep. On Thursdays, the local market fills Kirkby Lonsdale’s town square with fresh produce, artisan goods, and lively atmosphere. The town also offers a great mix of independent boutiques, friendly pubs, and charming cafés.
Inside, the cabin has a smart, open-plan layout featuring a comfy sofa, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for everything from early morning breakfasts to dinners shared with your four-legged companion. The pod sleeps up to four, with a comfortable double bed at the rear and a sofa bed that converts for two additional guests. A sleek shower room with WC is just off the main area, offering all the essentials for a relaxed stay.
On warmer days, enjoy al fresco dining at the picnic bench or simply sit back and soak up the calm surroundings. A built-in brick base is provided if you’d like to bring along your own BBQ. There's also private parking available for up to two cars.
