This delightful ground floor apartment is a couple of minutes level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It has lovely open views looking out to Cat Bells and beyond. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with full gas central heating & double glazing. Property Details The front door leads onto a spacious hall with coat hooks and shoe storage. The kitchen has an excellent range of well-equipped units and utensils, a refrigerator with freezer section, washing machine with tumble drier, dishwasher, a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan. The lounge/dining room is a very comfortable room with two sofas, a stylish oak dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and radio. There is a substantial library of Lake District books and guides and there are lovely views from the front window. Bedrooms consist of a large double with en–suite shower, shaver point, basin, toilet and a spacious twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have wooden beds and spacious built in wardrobes. All beds have duvets and linen and towels are provided. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and shaver point. A travel cot and high chair can also be provided on request.
