Seascape has stunning sea views over Swanage Bay to Peveril Point and Ballard Down. This light and airy apartment is comfortably furnished with a balcony to enjoy the views whilst catching the morning and afternoon sun. A leisurely stroll will take you to the town centre with its vibrant mix of independent retailers, restaurants and galleries. Durlston Castle and Country Park is less than a mile away, as is the South West coastal path leading along the majestic Jurassic Coastline.
Seascape also have the benefit of your own beach hut situated on the sandy beach below which is accessed by a pathway alongside the apartment. Grand View residents have the use of a private garden and the facilities at the adjoining Grand Hotel. These include a small indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.
Within easy reach of Swanage is the historic village of Corfe Castle, Monkey World and Poole Harbour. Closer by is the Swanage Steam Railway - a beautiful heritage line that heads inland.
