In Niedenstein, Villa Sunshine welcomes you—a spacious villa offering 144 m² for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor features a bathroom with toilet and shower, while the first floor offers a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fully automatic coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video conferences, and a dedicated workspace is available. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, shared toys, and children's books.



Enjoy the large terrace, the approximately 400 m² fenced garden, and stunning mountain views. Children can use a shared playground. A gas grill is available on request for an extra fee.



Four private parking spaces are reserved exclusively for Villa Sunshine guests. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Please note: Smoking and other drugs are strictly prohibited inside, and furniture must not be rearranged. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.



The villa is the last house at the end of the street, on the edge of town, surrounded by hiking trails and only a few minutes from the forest. Nearby you will find restaurants, a swimming pool, hiking trails, mini-golf, and horseback riding.
