About this cottage rental
Enter this welcoming home via 14 steps to the front door, or take the ramp from the driveway towards the front door. Upon entering, to your right, the light-filled lounge and kitchen/diner open via patio doors onto a delightful balcony for breathing in that salty sea air and admiring the sea view. Cosy up on comfortable sofas to enjoy film nights in front of the Smart TV. A charming dining table with stylish chairs sits beside the well-equipped kitchen, boasting plenty of space and conveniences to whip up meals. A second lounge at the rear allows your group to spread out – this contains another Smart TV, a sofa and chairs and a long fitted desk giving plenty of room to work from home, and a utility area. Three of the bedrooms are on this top floor: a king-size and a twin, both with sea views to wake up to, and also a king-size facing the rear garden. This room benefits from an en-suite shower room and WC. On the same floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower and WC. Downstairs is a super-king-size bedroom – which has access to its own bathroom and patio doors to the front garden.
When the sun’s out, be sure to make the most of the back garden, which has lovely planting and a large sloped lawn. At the top of the lawn there is raised decking with garden furniture for dining and beautiful sea views towards Lundy Island. There is also handy storage for kayaks and surfboards, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sand and salt after beach adventures (plus a handy hanging rail for wetsuits). Private parking is available for two to three cars, with additional on-street parking (subject to availability).
