Enjoy breathtaking elevated coastal views to the front, with spectacular views of the imposing Rhinog Mountains to the rear, all set within Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. This peaceful location is perfect for family staycations near Barmouth, where you can create lasting memories in one of Wales’ most beautiful regions.

Morwendon features a large balcony and separate sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying al-fresco dining. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, and offers private parking for several cars. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and spectacular walking routes are right on the doorstep. Barmouth town—with its harbour, beach, independent shops and excellent eateries—is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.

The house benefits from full central heating, double glazing and unlimited WiFi. The west-facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sea views and spectacular sunsets.

Parking & Access

The property provides private off-road parking for up to 3–4 cars.

The driveway is slightly steep at the top, but the main parking area is fairly level. Several stone steps lead down to the house; these are not particularly steep and should be suitable for reasonably mobile guests.
