House Rules - Guidelines for your Exceptional Stay
• Primary booking guest must be 21+ years old and present for the duration of the stay
• Reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests. No unregistered overnight visitors.
• All guests must complete our secure guest verification process prior to check-in. This consists of agreeing to the House Rules and providing a valid email address. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
• This is a quiet residential apartment — no parties, events, receptions, or group gatherings. No disturbing neighbors at any time. Quiet hours are 9:00PM – 8:00AM.
• Noise monitoring devices measure volume levels only (no audio recording)
•Guests must be able to walk up stairs to access this balcony unit.
• No smoking of ANY KIND inside or outside the property. Smoking violation: $1,000 penalty plus cleaning, deodorizing, repair, and revenue loss costs
• Do not move furniture or disconnect/unplug electronic devices, WiFi, or safety equipment
• No candles or open flames
• Lock doors and windows when leaving
• Turn off appliances when not in use
• No mail or packages may be delivered to the property
• Adult supervision is required when using the pool or gym
• Use of amenities is at guest’s own risk
• Standard check-in: 4:00PM – 10:00PM
• Standard check-out: 10:00AM
• Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed.
• Guests who delay housekeeping or remain past checkout are liable for additional hourly charges and associated costs. Approved early/late time: $25 per hour.
• No pets unless pre-approved. Unauthorized pets: $500 fee plus cleaning and damage costs. Guests traveling with service animals are encouraged to notify us prior to arrival.
• Please double-check for personal belongings before departure. Items left behind may be discarded, as we cannot guarantee storage or return.
• Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, stains, plumbing misuse, missing items, or rule violations.
• Guests assume full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages occurring during their stay.

• Violations may result in cancellation, removal from the property, charges for damages/fees, and retention of security deposit.
