The home was nice and clean. For some reason the door code was changed mid way through our trip, we had to sit out in the heat until it all got sorted out. Other than that we had a good stay.

I recently stayed at this condo in Panama City for the weekend with my son. Overall, the condo was nice and very clean. It’s a spacious place with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath downstairs. It’s also conveniently located about 10 minutes from the beach.
We did run into a few issues during our stay. Shortly after arriving, we accidentally got locked out when the door auto-locked with my phone and keys inside. Thankfully, my son had his phone and we were able to call the number on the window. The host answered quickly and gave us the code to get back in, which I really appreciated.
There were a few maintenance concerns worth noting. We could only find one remote control for all four TVs, and no one came out to bring extras after I called. Not a big deal for us, since we don’t watch a lot of TV, but it might be for others. The freezer also had a leak — no ice was used, but frozen water from the ice maker started dripping out. I reported this, but no one came to check it out.
Lastly, we were asked to strip the beds before leaving, and when I did, I noticed stains on both mattresses. This made me feel a little uncomfortable, even though the house was clean overall.
To sum up: the location and cleanliness were good, but the maintenance issues and lack of follow-up made the stay less enjoyable. I wouldn’t stay here again personally, but it might be okay for others who aren’t too picky. I’d rate it a 6 out of 10.
