This Pier Pointe West condominium, "Take Me A Wave" is just steps away from the beach, pool, tennis courts, biking/running path and more. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Central air & heat, Flat screen Smart TVs in each room, Upgraded WiFi, Dishwasher, Microwave, Central air & heat, Stack washer & dryer. Oceanside porch for relaxing. Community pool. 2-Night minimum. We had a nice family stay and appreciated we did not need to stay for an entire week. Location was good. Considering one side of the condo faced the Fire Department and a main road, it was quiet.Distance to the beach was walkable.

Bathrooms outdated. Dishes left dirty. Dishwasher handle broken. Melted candy on one of the blankets. Wifi was broken and took 2 days to fix. Not sure if the place was cleaned because the inspector showed up 30 mins after check in and did not perform it as we were already there. Lots of water leaks. It is pretty and close to beach. But the condo needs to be updated and not cheaped out like it has been.
