❤️Welcome to this cozy and bright apartment in sunny Sucina❤️ Here you’ll enjoy FREE use of organic olive oil during your stay (oil made from olives grown on our farm)
Sucina is a small and cozy town in Murcia, and the town has everything you need—restaurants, shops, bars, and more—right on your doorstep. Beaches are only 15 minutes away, and the Murcia airport is 20 minutes away. A golf course is just a short drive away.
The atmosphere in Sucina is friendly and peaceful, and you’ll love your stay in this “hidden gem” in the Murcia region.
The Space
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator and stairs. It features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a nice, spacious “living area,” two bedrooms with built-in closets, and two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub). The balcony gets morning sun, so why not start your day with breakfast while sitting on the terrace and enjoying the lovely view ❤️
Everything right on your doorstep: A large, newly renovated supermarket on the first floor of the building (open 7 days a week), a restaurant right next door, and just a few minutes’ walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, a pharmacy, etc.
Close to golf courses, hiking trails, etc.

You have access to the entire apartment, which is 88 m² in size, including the balcony. You also have access to the pools (the smaller pool is for children) and the area around the pool, where you’ll find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun
