About this apartment rental
This bright and contemporary two-bedroom apartment features a southwest-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the early evening sunshine. Overlooking the 10th green, the property boasts beautiful frontline golf views and is perfectly situated just a short walk from the communal pool, coffee shop, and clubhouse.
The accommodation has: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning in the living room, communal swimming pools, garage space and amble parking on site, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.
Our guests staying at Hacienda Riquelme also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English.

The flat was beautiful and so was the resort. I also liked that the security guards were always very helpful with anything issue that came up.
All the sheets need to be cleaned on the beds. Bottom cover sheet were not clean when we got there.

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped and arranged, you can find everything you need. The surroundings are perfect, and there is more activity to spend the day.

very nice accommodation, very clean👍👍 👍. The lady who takes care of the holiday rentals residence is wonderful, attentive and immediately found a solution to the problem with the fan. She came to bring us another one in less than 10 minutes. A big thank you to her
