A warm welcome from the Penninger family!
On the sunny side of Alpbach, just a few minutes’ walk from the village center, our new apartment is being built, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding Alpbach mountains. The quiet location and proximity to restaurants, shops, and bus stops make our home the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in the Alpbach Valley.
Starting in winter 2026, we will be renting out a modern, high-end apartment measuring approximately 55 m², which has been designed with great attention to detail and offers you the utmost comfort for your vacation.
Our house is a perfect starting point for numerous outdoor activities. Beautiful hikes and ski tours begin right from the property. The ski area is also just a short distance away and offers excellent conditions for skiing, sledding, and winter hiking in the winter. In summer, the magnificent mountain scenery around Alpbach invites you to hike, mountain bike, and relax.
As a guest of our house, you’ll also receive the free Alpbachtal Card, which allows you to enjoy many benefits and included services in the region.
A covered parking space and a private storage room are, of course, available to you. In winter, you can use this as a ski room with a heated boot dryer; in summer, it offers ample space for bicycles and sports equipment. A charging station for e-bikes is also available.

Penninger Apartment:
Starting in winter 2026, we’ll be offering a new, modern apartment of approximately 55 m² in Alpbach. Photos will follow after our house is completed in the fall.
The apartment features a master bedroom and a separate children’s room with a bunk bed, where the lower bed is designed as a French bed (140 cm). The centerpiece of the apartment is the bright and spacious kitchen-living area with modern appliances, a dining area, and a sleeper sofa. A modern bathroom rounds out the amenities.
The apartment also includes a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Alpbach Valley, a private ski storage room with a heated boot dryer in the winter, and space for bicycles with e-bike charging in the summer. A covered garage is also available.
Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens are, of course, included. A morning bread roll service is also available upon request.

Check-in is from 2:00 to 22:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
