About this apartment rental
We are located right in the Alpbachtal hiking and skiing area (ski-in/ski-out). When snow conditions are good, the ski area is accessible right from our doorstep. Our offerings are complemented by the Alpbachtal Card, which provides a wide range of included services and discounts.
The Innergreit Farm, built in 1736, is located at just under 1,200 meters above sea level. The architectural style is typical of a North Tyrolean farmhouse and captivates with its authentic character. Harmoniously integrated into the house are the Innergreit vacation apartment, our family’s living quarters, and a small apartment on the first floor (rarely occupied). Another family member lives in the attic of the house, though with a separate entrance and a private parking space. As is typical in Alpbach, the barn is directly connected to the living quarters. The house is situated on a hillside. Parking spaces in front of the house are available free of charge for residents.
Innergreit Vacation Rental:
Our vacation rental is located in our residence. The entrance to the apartment is right outside the front door. The vacation rental features a small bathroom (completely new, completed in 2023) with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet, and a toilet. The apartment is fully heated with underfloor heating. The living area features a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a cozy dining nook, and a TV. A small kitchenette completes the apartment, equipped with a sink, ample storage space, a refrigerator, and two ceramic cooktops. A separate bedroom adjoins the living area. Here you’ll find the bed (140x200 cm) and a dresser for additional storage. The entire apartment has been recently renovated and is as good as new; it features a bright, welcoming design and invites you to unwind in the evening after an exciting day. In the summer, you can also enjoy a snack in front of the house (there’s a bench running along the side of the house plus a table).
