The apartment is located on the 9th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. From the south-facing balcony with an awning, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lübeck Bay. You can end the day wonderfully with a sundowner in the beach chair.
The small, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster—ideal for cooking at your leisure even while on vacation.
The living room features a cozy sofa area as well as a comfortable dining area with a large table and four chairs. A modern flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing movie nights.
In the separate bedroom with an exterior window, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). In the hallway leading to the bedroom, a practical built-in closet provides storage space for your clothes.
The brightly tiled, interior bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, hair dryer, and heated towel rack.

For day trips and easy travel, you’ll benefit from short distances to public transportation (200 m) and the train station (300 m). Shopping and the city center are both 3,000 m away. Here, a rural setting and proximity to the beach combine with practical convenience.
The popular Hansa-Park amusement park is just a few minutes’ walk away—yet you won’t hear it, as the apartment is located on the opposite side of the complex.

You’re only about 500 meters from the beautiful beach at Sierksdorf, which, compared to other towns in Lübeck Bay, is still quite unspoiled and usually pleasantly quiet.
To the left of the beach entrance, you’ll find a well-maintained promenade with beach chairs for rent, beach bars, restaurants, public restrooms, play areas, and mini-golf. On the right side stretches one of the few unmanaged sections of beach along the cliffs. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and the sea in their unspoiled beauty during long walks, whether in summer or during the off-season.
Well-connected and everything nearby:
In the nearby towns of Haffkrug, Scharbeutz, and Neustadt in Holstein, you’ll find numerous supermarkets, shopping options, recreational activities, and dining establishments.
The Sierksdorf train station is only about 400 meters away, with direct connections to Lübeck and Hamburg. A day trip to the Hanseatic city with its harbor and the Elbe River is easily possible.
