Situated within a farm development setting just a mile from the village of Askham, Six Herdwick Barns is a luxury barn conversion offering spacious, comfortable accommodation in an idyllic location. You will be spoilt for choice for things to do as we are perfectly located to explore the Lake District, Pennines and Eden Valley.

A gorgeous and extremely comfortable well equipped house. The garden is beautiful too. Extremely peaceful and Ruth was an absolute gem helping us out during our stay. I would highly recommend!

A perfect stay - we couldn’t have asked for more. This is a welcoming, spotlessly clean and beautiful house that sits in a gorgeous location. Fabulous host who has gone out of her way to provide a warm welcome and lots of helpful local info’.We would all rebook here, without hesitation. Fantastic local area, close to all lakes activities. Thanks for a great mini-break!

This stay was incredible. The only downside was that we didn’t plan to stay longer and it will overshadow the other stays along our trip. What a beautiful property and garden area. It was lovely to come back after a day at the lakes and fells to enjoy the beauty and quiet of this property. Thank you to Ruth and Graeham.
