Bed bugs active
Good location, good/big house structure.
There are bed bugs in the en suite room, possibly in the headboard. The moment we went to bed, they started getting out of their hiding places. A person was bitten. We were provided with temporary accommodation for the duration of the stay, which was nowhere close to the one paid for, and no money back. Notified staff again after the event, however, they said there is no evidence of bed bugs at the location. I'm worried, as these hide really well through cracks or even mattress! I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone until issue is fixed! Avoid, avoid.

Darker blinds or blackout curtains in bedroom,s, came with small children could not sleep because it was too light in the rooms

The pool was lovely and had it to ourselves most of the time. Carol was lovely and incredibly helpful
