Beachfront Oceanfront, New Central A/C, over 270 degrees of breathtaking panoramic ocean views in this classic 4 bedroom 1.5 bath Cape Cod beach cottage. Located on a waterfront peninsula you will enjoy the iconic Cape Cod summer, sunset views, walking from your deck to the sand, kayaking in Wild Harbor, BBQing with family and friends and enjoying all that New Silver Beach has to offer. A huge playground in the backyard, tennis courts, basketball, and association beach access. Bring your sandals and enjoy!
The house is part of the New Silver Beach association and guests will have access to the association beach directly in front of the house. The property also has a private beach behind the house that is perfect for young children. The association recreation area is also directly behind the house which has the playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. Guests can also enjoy fishing from the jetty that is to the right of the house.
The access is a public road to the house and there is off street parking in 2 driveways
Guests will be able to contact Ocean Beach Property Management anytime during their stay and our office is located about 1 Mile from the house.
New Silver Beach is a beautiful beachfront community on Cape Cod located in North Falmouth MA.
Walk or bike to the beach and the many amenities of the New Silver Beach association.
