About this chalet rental
Cozy chalet located in a residential area.
Chalet 40 meters from the lake with a view of it. Ideally situated for water sports (water sports center 400m away). Hiking, mountain biking, and fishing are also possible.
Nearby:
- Numerous cultural sites (Bibracte Gallo-Roman site, Beaune wines and Hospices, Alésia site, castles, etc.)
- Local shops at the dam
- 10 minutes from Moux-en-Morvan and Montsauche-les-Settons
- Autun, Saulieu, Château-Chinon.
Interior amenities:
• A large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle. Television.
• A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine
• A master bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 cm)
• A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
Available for young children: travel cot, high chair, toilet seat reducer, and baby bath
Outdoor amenities: terrace with small garden furniture, barbecue, patio furniture, parasol, and sun loungers.
The stairs are not wheelchair accessible.
Weekly electricity allowance: 60 kWh (more than enough for 4 people with normal usage). Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure. Linens are not provided.
Optional cleaning fee (€50) payable upon key collection.
Minimum stay outside of July and August: 3 nights
Priority stays during July and August: weekly rentals preferred.
