Large windows frame tranquil creek views, while the thoughtfully designed interior provides everything you need without excess, making it ideal for guests who appreciate a stylish, streamlined space.
Step outside onto the porch overlooking the peaceful waters of Lanes Creek- the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset wine, or simply watching boats drift by. The quiet setting makes it feel tucked away, yet you’re just minutes from Gwynn’s Island, local public beaches, area seafood spots, marinas, and coastal adventures.
Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a romantic couples retreat, or a weekend escape with your four-legged companion (yes- pets are welcome!), this waterfront home offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all reservations booked outside of Airbnb. The deposit will be authorized (held) on the credit card used to make the reservation beginning 2 days prior to check-in. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified, the hold will be released 2 days after check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the release of funds to become available in your account.
By completing your reservation, you authorize Bay Property Management to place this temporary hold on the payment card provided. If damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other circumstances incurred during your stay, all or a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover those costs, with documentation provided as applicable.
Occupancy: only registered guests listed on the reservation permitted overnight at the property.
No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.
This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 11pm to 7 am.
This is a non-smoking/vaping home.
Check in/out: check in begins at 4 pm. Checkout is 10 am unless otherwise approved.
Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Waterfronts are fun but unpredictable environments. Even strong swimmers can run into trouble. There are no lifeguards on duty, and natural conditions may vary, including slippery surfaces, changing water depths, sharp objects, or wildlife.
To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with insurance and legal requirements, all guests must acknowledge and accept these risks.
This waiver applies to any water-related activity or equipment you may use on or near the property, including:
Swimming or wading
Using paddleboards, kayaks, rafts, or canoes
Walking on docks, beaches, or near water
Fishing or boating
Any other recreational waterfront use
By using the waterfront or any water-related equipment, you understand and accept that:
Water activities are inherently risky.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone in your group.
The property owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur during your stay, regardless of the cause. Important Safety Rules
