Located approximately .5 blocks to the beach. Hickman Street is located in a quiet section of South Rehoboth. A short walk to unique shops and restaurants. This is an upstairs unit and non-smoking. The unit shares a washer/dryer located in the basement and has parking for 1 car per unit. The layout includes a living/ dining area, and kitchen. The unit is cooled by a/c units. Enjoy the ocean views from the front porch.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $162.50.

Bedding- 1 King, 2 Singles, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Everything was great. With the long drive I had to get down to Rehoboth Beach, I made really good time and was very happy that I was able to check-in a little early. Joseph and the staff on duty were very accommodating and explained the procedures and the info in the arrival packet. The property was clean and the area was quieter than expected, which was a welcome change from other vacation spots I've visited. Thanks again for a great experience!
