About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 114 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and sea view for rent in Case-Pilote. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a pretty 55 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV and sofa
- 55 m² open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area. Equipment includes: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: air-conditioned with double bed (160x190), dressing room and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: air-conditioned with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 5.33 x 3.33 m with a depth of 1.50 m, open all year round and fitted with an alarm.
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden with furniture.
- A 30 m² wooden terrace with dining area
The house is ideally located in Case-Pilote, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The nearest beach (Plage Case Pilote) is 2.5 km away.
