Tennis court, Pool(summer only), Jacuzzi, Sauna, Clubhouse/pool table/pool in summer/locker rooms. 1/2 mile to Lake Tahoe beaches. Close to major ski areas-10 minutes to Squaw/Alpine, 20 minutes to Northstar, Homewood or Diamond Peak. Mountain biking and cross country skiing 5 minutes from location in season.
