Located in Iffendic, in the heart of Brocéliande, this gîte is a renovated longhouse within a former family farm, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in 130 m². You’ll have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom, plus a sofa bed on the mezzanine for 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The living room features a smart TV, pool table, foosball, darts, and board games for children. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine offers a lounge area and fitness space. The gîte provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs, a fan, baby bed, high chair, and self check-in.



Outside, enjoy your private uncovered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, plus a private barbecue. There’s a lounge area and sun loungers for relaxing. You’ll also have access to shared children’s toys and books, a playground, and shared fitness equipment. The family farm is home to animals—chickens, geese, dog, cat, and cow—delighting children and nature lovers.



On-site parking for 3 vehicles. Events are not permitted.
