Detached house of 93 m² (4★), "Chicon & Rosemary" is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Vaison-la-Romaine. Renovated by us in 2025, it combines the old with current comfort with a particular focus on reuse.
Original elements, furniture & antique objects, small finds: the house evolves to the rhythm of what we find and transform.
The accommodation
Inside, the house offers comfortable and well-equipped spaces:
• New fully fitted kitchen
• Warm living room with teleworking area
• Master suite (bed 160×200) with small living room and bathroom (large shower, double sink)
• Bedroom (2×90×200) with private bathroom on the first floor
• Large dressing room
• Air conditioning (living room, kitchen and a bedroom), washing machine, carefully selected bed and household linen — two pillows per person — and Durance welcome products, made in Grignan, complete the comfort.
Outside, the terrace and the south-facing garden invite you to have a coffee in the morning, share a meal or simply enjoy the calm.
A few steps away, shops, restaurants, cafes and the Provençal market on Tuesdays punctuate local life. The must-sees of Vaison-la-Romaine — ancient sites, the Upper Town, a medieval castle, a Roman bridge, a cathedral and a cloister — can be easily discovered, all on foot.
Nearby, Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône offer an ideal setting for hiking, cycling or tasting the local wines.
