Ideally located in Fouesnant, in the Beg Meil district, this pleasant house welcomes you just 500 metres from Kermyl beach and less than 10 minutes' walk from all the surrounding beaches. Fully equipped with modern facilities, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers for a family or friends' stay. Nestled in a calm environment, the house allows you to fully enjoy numerous activities without needing to take the car: quick access to the beach, water sports (sailing, paddleboarding), hiking trails (GR34), cycle paths, tennis, as well as boat trips to the Glénan Islands. You will also appreciate its outdoor space with enclosed garden and terrace fitted with barbecue, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days.



Pass through the front door and discover a large, bright living space with access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as you would at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster as well as two coffee makers (one filter and one Dolce Gusto). You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the terrace table on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area by the pellet stove, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a King Size bed (180x200cm) made up of 2 single beds pushed together, a dressing room and a desk.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: two single beds (80x190cm) and a dressing room.



At the top of the stairs there is a desk and a shelf filled with children's books.



The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with WC and hairdryers, the one on the ground floor has a bathtub, the one on the upper floor has a shower.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron as well as a travel cot and a high chair are also at your disposal.



You will benefit from 2 private parking spaces to park easily. You will be able to store your bicycles safely in the laundry room.
