Discover the coasts of Finistère in this lovely single-storey house, located in a small very quiet residential area, ideal for families, in Fouesnant, in the Beg Meil district! Its garden, peaceful, will allow you to enjoy long summer evenings thanks to its large terrace. What would you say to enjoying delicious grilled food or savouring a nice breakfast before heading off for a day at the beach? Its location is ideal, since you will be able to easily reach Kerambigorn beach on foot, as well as the village of Beg Meil. You will also have many opportunities to cross Concarneau by boat, or reach the Glénan Islands.
The interior of the house, very bright and with minimalist décor, will also seduce you. You will find a modern American kitchen that is fully equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a **filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker**, a toaster and a kettle. It opens onto the dining room, where you can share delicious meals prepared on the large table. Finally, you can spend the cooler evenings in the lounge with its blue wall and get together as a family to chat, watch **television** or play a board game.
Once night falls, you will be able to rest in one of the 3 bedrooms of the house. The first, a master suite with a queen-size bed, will be ideal for a couple. The second bedroom, meanwhile, has a double bed and is wheelchair accessible. Finally, the third bedroom will be perfect for children with its bunk bed, double bed and cot.
For even more convenience, this house has disabled access, and you will also find 2 parking spaces in front of the house, a washing machine (located in the utility room)
