Swallow’s Nest is a single-storey cottage consisting of a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles there is a pub and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. The village of Hibaldstow sits in the North of Lincolnshire, four miles south of Brigg. Within the village is there is a convenience store, along with a pub, The Wheatsheaf, where visitors can enjoy a hearty meal. A short drive to Gainsborough, visit the home of Henry VIII's sixth wife Catherine Parr, this historic is ideally placed for exploring all this wonderful area has to offer. The town offers a selection of traditional pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for your amenities.
