Spanning a massive 10,000 square feet, Palmaritos 5 balances grand architectural design with cozy, inviting interior touches. The open-concept main floor flows effortlessly to the outdoors, framing stunning desert and ocean landscapes.
The villa features distinct, beautifully appointed spaces:
- Living & Dining Areas: The high-ceilinged Great Room features a plush living room with a TV equipped for streaming services, an indoor dining area with seating for 6, a breakfast bar for 4, and a fully stocked bar complete with an ice maker and minibar.
- Kitchen & Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated laundry room ensure absolute convenience throughout your stay.
- The Bedrooms: Four spacious, serene bedrooms offer flexible lodging for family and friends. The layout includes a primary Master Bedroom with 1 plush King bed, two guest bedrooms featuring 1 King bed each, and a fourth bedroom outfitted with 2 Double beds and 2 Single beds.

Your reservation unlocks complete, private access to a resort-style outdoor paradise. Getting Around:
The villa offers a perfect balance of private seclusion and convenient accessibility. You are located just 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and 20 minutes from historic San José del Cabo, placing high-end supermarkets, fine dining, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife within quick reach. On-site free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, and a golf cart can be provided upon request (additional fee may apply).

- Booking & Villa Policies: To preserve the peaceful environment of Cabo del Sol, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter, with maximum occupancy strictly capped at 10 guests.
- Palmaritos 5 enforces a strict no-smoking policy across the entire property (indoors and outdoors), subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty for violations. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
- Rates & Fees: All luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and a 20% tax

This can include, but is not limited to, furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes or structures, and/or foliage that may affect the views.
