One of only two properties in the community with this expansive layout, this 4-bedroom villa combines elegance, privacy, and unbeatable comfort. This villa is perfect for families, groups, or couples seeking either a peaceful escape or a vibrant beachside adventure.
Step through your private, gated entry and explore this recently remodeled home, complete with a personal golf cart and dedicated parking. The open-concept design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, creating the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. The villa features two luxurious master suites, ensuring restful retreats for guests. Outside, you'll find an infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi with breathtaking views of Medano Beach. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a large covered terrace, a charming gazebo, a firepit, and a fully-equipped outdoor BBQ area—ideal for dining alfresco or hosting unforgettable gatherings. With over 8,775 square feet of total space, including 4,000 square feet of beautifully designed interiors, this villa offers an effortless blend of luxury and comfort.
Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to Hacienda Beach Club Resort's world-class amenities, including:
- Spa and state-of-the-art fitness center
- Kids' club and beach activity center
- Gourmet restaurant and poolside bar
To make your stay even more special, light daily housekeeping and a dedicated personal concierge are included to ensure all your needs are met.
HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement)
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation.

Our stay could not have been better! If you get the chance to rent this paradise, do it! The entire home and back yard were taken care of and made to make you feel at home! Beds were super comfy, kitchen had all amenities, plenty of towels and blankets. We used the pool and outdoor tv everyday! Alex helped us with everything! He was amazing! He created us when we arrived, booked a chef and butler very last min and even brought the groceries over! He also booked us a hatch to go whale watching… again.. last min, and it was perfect! 5 stars all the way around:)
