Welcome to Cape Haven, a beautiful getaway in Cape Coral! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to six guests. Enjoy amenities such as a heated pool, poolside dining tables, and a ping pong table! The ultimate home base for your next adventure. Stay right in the heart of the action with the beach, downtown, and top local attractions all just minutes away.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, ample counterspace, and all the essentials for a night in. There is a dining table that can comfortably seat the whole group with lanai views while you enjoy meals!
Living Room
The living room features a couch, two accent chairs, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open onto the screened in lanai.
Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, extra closet space and sliding doors for direct access to the lanai. There is an attached master bath with a single vanity sink and oversized walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a closet, and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a bathtub/shower.
Outside
This backyard is the ultimate space for entertainment. Under the screened lanai you will find a heated pool and a life size Connect Four. There is an outdoor patio set that seats four for an evening of poolside fun as well as an outdoor dining table that seats six, and a gas grill.
Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.
Neighborhood Description
This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Sun Splash Water Park and Fast-trax as well as Yacht Club beach are a short 20 minute drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 10 minutes away. If you want to venture out to Sanibel beach, it is only about 40 minutes from this house. This is the perfect spot for sunsets, shell hunting as well as many local eateries.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
