This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was just as described, the pool was lovely and the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. There was a grocery store just 2 minutes away for all of the last minute things we forgot, and an easy ride over to JetBlue park for a spring training game!

Very comfortable house with a lot of amenities, bikes, kayaks, beach gear…..The living area is very cheerful and bright, opening up to the pool and the canal.The hosts Kristi and Dave were very nice and very responsive.

We loved our stay at this lovely property. We did have a very poor communication experience with the external property management company which led to a pool heating problem at the beginning of our stay but the owners were very communicative and caring once they needed to get involved. Pool was great, fishing off the dock was fun and we saw manatees in the channel! Everything was well-appointed and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, my wife and I had a nice stay at the property. The interior and exterior are old and dated but consistent with the neighborhood that it's located in. The owners should invest a little cash and replace rusting shower poles, windows sealed with duck tape, old and weathered canopy umbrella on the lanai. It's a nice place to stay but temper your expectations of it's age and need of numerous upgrades in the inside.
