The house is what you see in the photos. What you don't see is an AC problem. On the 1st night the house felt hot even when all fans on, that is ceiling fan and another floor fan on in the bedrooms. The temperature inside said 76 but we didn't feel it. This also live in south Florida and I know how a house feels at 78. 74 degrees to sleep is not comfortable. The manager said the AC will freeze below 74. If the AC is not enough for the whole house it will take a longer time to cool it, if ever. Florida's temperature in June already feels in 3 digits, that would last to the end of September, sometimes even last to December.
There is a secondary AC in the family room, but you can't turn it on, that would have helped to lower the house temperature even if only turn on for 6 to 8 hours, 4 or 6 pm and on.
There are not enough windows curtains to help keep the sun off, that is a way to help the house not to get too hot. Also more ceiling fans.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was just as described, the pool was lovely and the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. There was a grocery store just 2 minutes away for all of the last minute things we forgot, and an easy ride over to JetBlue park for a spring training game!

Overall, my wife and I had a nice stay at the property. The interior and exterior are old and dated but consistent with the neighborhood that it's located in. The owners should invest a little cash and replace rusting shower poles, windows sealed with duck tape, old and weathered canopy umbrella on the lanai. It's a nice place to stay but temper your expectations of it's age and need of numerous upgrades in the inside.
