Atlantica 503 – Modern Oceanfront Stay

Wake up to the sound of the waves and panoramic Atlantic Ocean views in this beautifully appointed one-bedroom oceanfront condo at one of Myrtle Beach’s most sought-after resorts. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious retreat features a private oceanfront balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise or enjoying an evening breeze.

Inside, the suite offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances—stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic cookware—so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a seaside dinner. The inviting living area includes comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa, making the condo ideal for couples or small families. The private bedroom features plush bedding and ample storage, while the bathroom provides all the essentials for a carefree stay.

Guests enjoy access to all resort amenities: multiple oceanfront pools, lazy river, and direct beach access—all within minutes of Myrtle Beach’s top attractions, dining, and entertainment.

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.

Parking right in front of Atlantica Resort on the empty lot WILL RESULT IN TOWING.

Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

200mbs/20mbs - Per unit
• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
• Any unreturned pool passes and parking pass results in a fine; please return them where they were found.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
