Start your day in one of the pools or head on to the beach to take in the views of the ocean. There is so much to do at this resort but if you are up for an adventure, there are plenty of options all around, including fishing, and other watersports activities.

Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this vacation home is close to Myrtle Beach Strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk and just a short drive to the Sky Wheel. Parking
• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/across from the resort, you will see a specific Atlantica parking lot sign (Max 2 spaces).
Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

200mbs/20mbs - Per unit
• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

We have stayed here before about 12yrs ago at Atlantica. We all had a great time, the only issue we had was with Hosteeva. Someone that worked there took $700 extra out of my mom's account when she paid. Room was smaller than it looks in pic. Host used flat paint which is almost impossible to keep clean so all the marks on the walls made the place look dirty, but it was pretty clean. Also, unloading and loading cars was a hassle because there are only 4 parking spaces up front and they are handicapped. So everyone else has to pull up front (in tow zones) to load/unload and then park across the street. I would love to stay at this condo again, but won't unless they change property management.

Rooms was clean, bathrooms and kitchen as well. Only issue that I noticed after daughter pointed it out, was blood (looked like) splatter on the wall in one of the bedrooms. It was a decent amount and not sure why it was not cleaned. Outside of that, everything was fine.
