For the sports enthusiasts there are 12 pickle ball courts, 5 clay tennis courts, a newly updated gym, a putting green, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard & a community room for social gatherings
The 2 bedroom 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has Panoramic views from the 37 ft balcony of the 5 mile long beach, the Gulf of Mexico /America, sunsets galore & overlooking the heated (87 degrees) pool
Both bedrooms & the living room walk out onto the balcony providing plenty of natural light & easy access.
Park on upper level and walk right in with your groceries and no need to use elevator.
The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed with built in cabinets with a desk, a walk in closet & En-suite bathroom with a double sink and a walk in shower.
The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, with built in cabinets, a double closet & adjacent to the guest bedroom a full bathroom
the Kitchen includes an oven range, microwave dishwasher, fridge-freezer, with an ice & water dispenser, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils
The living & dining area provides a large table, couch & 2 reclining chairs.
Carefree vacation living is at your fingertips with beach towels, chairs & umbrellas & just a short walk multiple restaurants & shopping
Each room includes a Flat Screen TV with Summit Cable & High speed internet & Wi-Fi.

6 month rental $18,000 Rental tax is 11%, plus a $250 cleaning fee, and a fully refundable security/damage deposit required based on the rental period.
