This property was as advertised, and very well kept! The only unfortunate circumstance is the tiger tail mangroves were overgrown and blocked some of the beach view. However the check in and check out process was very clearly stated and very smooth! Host communication was great!

Everything was as-advertised. The space was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the beach access was convenient, the beach was beautiful, the pool was nice, and we had not issues with check-in or check-out. Definitely a good value considering how expensive the other hotels/resorts are on this island!

We have been staying at South Seas for many years. This unit was comfortable, easy access from parking lot with lots of amenities (pool, beach, pickleball, workout area). The unit it self was not updated but functional.
