For convenience, one closet in the second bedroom and a small backyard shed are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked. all other areas of the home and patio are yours to enjoy.

As with many coastal neighborhoods, the area continues to improve. There may be intermittent weekday daytime construction nearby. Evenings, nights, and weekends are typically quiet, and the home remains fully private and comfortable.
