About this house rental
The house sits close to Malltraeth Cob, one of Anglesey’s most rewarding birdwatching locations. The wide estuary attracts a rich variety of waders and wildfowl throughout the year and is a favourite spot for visiting wildlife enthusiasts.
From the house you can easily walk to Newborough Forest, a beautiful pine woodland famous for its population of red squirrels and quiet forest trails. Continue through the forest and you’ll reach the magnificent Llanddwyn Beach, widely considered one of the most spectacular beaches in Wales, with vast sands, sea views and the tidal island of Ynys Llanddwyn.
The cottage is also located on the Anglesey Coastal Path, making it an excellent base for exploring this stunning stretch of coastline. If you’re planning a longer walk along the coastal path, I’m very happy to help with lifts back to your car where possible — something many walkers really appreciate.
After a day exploring beaches, forests and wildlife, return to a peaceful village setting and relax.
Perfect for guests looking to enjoy Anglesey’s landscapes, wildlife and coastal walks at a slower pace.
